On Anger

Source: Angry bird image on Google

That one emotion we all have

That one emotion we are all asked to suppress

That one emotion which is confused in itself

That one emotion which could protect you

That one emotion which arises cause you can’t handle the truth

That one emotion that is so raw so pure

That one emotion that could be so frequent esp if you cultivate ego

That one emotion that could ruin relationships & harmony

That one emotion which gives you a voice

That one emotion that shows you how much your spirit can tolerate

That one emotion that means well but causes bodily distortions

That one emotion that causes stress and heartbreak and hair fall, all at the same time

That one emotion that people use to brand your temper immediately no matter how you are capable of showing all other emotions too

That one emotion with which you might’ve grown up with all your life cause of childhood abuse or neglect

That one emotion that could give you comfort cause it repels humans and you are not so fond of that species anyway

That one emotion that could help you find solutions to your problems

That one emotion that could let you achieve several dreams

That one emotion which means, after all, you do care about something and when antagonistic things happen, it showcases itself

That one emotion that we are asked to control

That one emotion which is related to mental disorder or a brain defect

That one emotion that is here to stay forever but all it needs is to be regulated

That one emotion that is so close to heart, yet so far away from good health

That one emotion that you don’t have to throw away but just treat like an angry Pillsbury dough, just pet it, kneed it, reason with it, find solutions/alternate emotions, cover it with love and calm it down but don’t completely kill it cause who are you if you can’t feel anger when things go wrong?
